Prefabricated AeroFittings are available in both XLPE and Flexible Elastomeric foam. These are made into different shapes such as Elbows, T and Y Sections. Prefabricated Fittings are moisture resistant, antifungal and antibacterial resistant with better insulation properties.
Size Availability: XLPE fittings available in wall thickness from 3/8″ to 2″ (10 mm to 50 mm) and ID’s from 1/4″ to 10″ (6 mm to 273 mm). NBR fittings available in wall thickness from 1/4″ to 1-1/4″ (6 mm to 32 mm) and ID’s from 1/4″ to 2-5/8″ (6 mm to 67 mm). (ID range is subject to variation depending on wall thickness).
Note: AeroFittings can be manufactured for any type of elbows upon request, to get a quote for elbow fabrication, kindly provide us the type of material of the elbow (steel, copper, plastic etc), size and insulation thickness at enquiry@rhira.com.
